Low rating is for lack of responsive support. I have been a Splashdata user for years and have used Gpass since it was introduced. After upgrading from Pixel 2XL to Pixel 4 XL I am unable to access Gpass due to the 2FA security in Gpass not recognizing the authenticator number from Google. Sent email to Gpass where a rep offered to take 2FA off so that I can move my Goass to new phone. So far, no action and no further response. I've now reset so many passwords that ill likely move to a new keepe

I trusted this to protect and delivery very my passwords and private data. The app won't work at all and hasn't for at least 48 hours. I sure hope my data is not lost?
woke up to an app that wont load at all. after i put in my fingerprint the screen flashes white and gray and never logs in. i pay for this app and for it not to work is disheartening, especially since its safeguarding my logins and passwords. pls fix ASAP or last pass will be my new password manager
